Jacobs No. 34 Drill Chuck, CAP. 0-1/2 W/ Lyndex adapter

Buying aa used Jacobs #34 0-1/2" chuck attached to a Lyndex adapter.  There is no part number on the adapter.  Chuck works foine. All items are sold as is unless otherwise stated. Insurance is covered up to $100.00 USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground at no additional charge. I will add additional charge for items requiring additional insurance. Tracking is provided at no charge.  I cannot refund any shipping charges for returns unless I have misrepresented the item. I can combine shipping charges for multiple items purchased if it's possible.  If this is an auction, please bid to own it.
